Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Hall has served as bookkeeper and/or office manager in various settings for more than two decades.  Her skills include financial record keeping and reporting, budget preparation and adherence and compliance with government regulations.  Her experience in the financial arena spans the spectrum of small businesses to statewide councils.  Additionally, her experience includes working in for-profit and not-for-profit settings, as well as the development of capital and fundraising campaigns.  She has lived in Mount Sterling for more than a decade and has experience working with indigent populations, supervising staff, and account collection.  Ms. Hall earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management from Anderson University.  She is also an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Dr. Hall graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.  He has practiced in Kentucky throughout most of his professional career, with the majority of those years of practice spent in his hometown of Mount Sterling.  Dr. Hall is licensed in Kentucky and Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.  He is an active medical staff member at Saint Joseph-Mount Sterling hospital, and he serves on the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Committee.  Dr. Hall has served in leadership roles in inpatient and outpatient settings throughout his medical career.  Dr. Hall completed his medical residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.  He earned his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Morehead State University.

Mr. Conrad brings with him an extensive background in leadership, operational management, financial management, and entrepreneurial experiences within the healthcare setting. Mr. Conrad has held positions in health system physician clinics, urgent care health clinics and community health centers. These experiences have included physician practice management, business office operations, strategic planning, business start-up, mergers and acquisitions, staff development, and financial analysis. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Professional Coder. He maintains various memberships to support these certifications. Mr. Conrad remains active in the community and serves on several community Boards and community organizations, including Tenco Workforce Development Board of Directors, Kentucky Health Center Network Board of Directors, and the Mount Sterling Kiwanis Club.
